Returns Policy

1. If you wish to return or exchange an item(s). Please notify us by email with your address details and order reference number.

2. Fill out the returns form enclosed within your order noting if you would like an exchange or refund.

3. Address the parcel to;

4. Please take your parcel(s) to your nearest Post Office. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Goodgrace & Co. at your own expense.

5. We will write to you to confirm your return has been processed. You will receive your refund credit or exchange order (when in stock) within 2-3 weeks after you post the goods back to us.

6. Please note that refunds bought as presents can only be given to the original payer and if you decide to swap an item we can’t stop the payer knowing.

7. We regret to advise that earrings may not be refunded or exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Distance Selling Regulations

In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations you have 7 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case we will provide a full refund minus any original postage costs and you must return the cancelled items in their original condition and packaging at your own cost. You must contact us by email at sales@goodgrace.co.uk to advise us that you intend to return the items.

Goodgrace & Co. are committed to protecting the privacy of our site visitors and customers. We will not disclose information to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you i.e. arranging for a product to be sent to you.

If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to our newsletter or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone, we may occasionally update you of promotional opportunities via these communication tools.

We keep a record of your purchases with us and this means we can forward you the most relevant latest offers and also deal with any problems you may experience with your order. We keep a record of any e-mail correspondence you send us to keep track of any problems or concerns you have had with our products or service.
